Origami Style Sculpture

Process:

1. I design the basic blueprint with a ruler and pencil. I did most of the visualization and calculation on paper.
2. I then transferred that design into an Illustrator file so it can be easily replicated with the Laser cutter.
3. I then laser cut nine separate cells of paper that would individually be folded and constructed.
4. I then combined the 9 repeating cells to create one cumulative sculpture.
